Age of drivers
Minimum age: 21 years old with one year of driving experience.
A Young Driver surcharge of €12 (VAT included) per day will apply for drivers aged 19 to 21.
Maximum age: 75 years.
Driving license
A valid ID card or passport will be required upon pickup.
An International Driving Permit (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman alphabet (eg. if the license is in Greek, Russian or Chinese). The international driving license must be accompanied by the driver’s original national license.
Additional driver
Additional driver €5 per day, maximum €50 per rental (price per additional driver).
Insurance
Collision damage insurance (CDW), It is included in the amount of your rental.
The Collision Damage Waiver reduces the customer’s liability for damages to the excess/deductible amount.
Excess reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount.
The price of Super CDW is 30 EUR per day for all vehicle groups.
If you opt for SCDW, a refundable deposit varying:
-From 300 EUR to 600 Euro for mini, economical and compact.
-From 700 Euro to 1200 Euro for full size and SUV.
-From 1800Euro to 2000 Euro for Premium and Luxury car
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental office. For more information, please check with one of our offices.
Costs
Airport fees and road tax are included in the rental amount.
Other expenses :
1. A management fee of €100 per rental will apply, for fines, tolls and parking fines.
2. An off-road driving penalty charge of €350 will apply.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the car, a penalty of €50 will apply.
4. A special cleaning fee of €50 will be incurred, if the vehicle is returned dirty.
5. A prepaid washing fee of €10 will apply.
6. If car keys are lost a penalty of €600 will apply.
7. If the vehicle registration plate is lost, a penalty of €100 will apply.
8. In the event of loss of motor vehicle documents, a penalty of €400 will apply.
Roadside assistance
Roadside assistance is included on all rentals. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be provided before the rental begins.
Fuel Policy
Fuel is not included in our rates. All vehicles come with fuel in the tank and must be returned with the same amount of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned with the same quantity of fuel as it was collected with, a refueling fee of €25 plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied.

Cross-border travel
Cross-border travel is not permitted.
Payment methods and deposit
Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted and must be in the name of the main driver when paying at the rental counter.
American Express, Diners, Maestro Cash and Diners credit cards are not accepted.
Debit cards are accepted if you take provider coverage.
If you use a debit card, you will need to take out SCDW insurance.
Deadline
for vehicle pick-up a grace period of 59 minutes is granted. After the grace period, the reserved vehicle will not be available and the customer will receive an upgraded vehicle for an additional fee. If the customer does not accept the vehicle, the reservation will be considered No Show.
For the return of the vehicle, a grace period of 59 minutes is allowed. After 59 minutes late, a full day late fee will apply.

Confirmation of special equipment is subject to availability at one of our offices.
