What do I need to rent a car?
- First, you will need a valid driver's license, and a passport or identity card. You will also need a credit card to pay and leave a security deposit.
- Your Reservation Voucher that you received when your reservation was confirmed is necessary to have your vehicle.
What if my plans change?
When you reserve a car with RESOLVECARS, you can change or cancel your reservation at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled car pick-up time. All you have to do is click on the Manage my reservation link, and follow the instructions.
What type of insurance do I receive with my reservation?
All your rentals with RESOLVECARS come with partial collision coverage and theft protection; this means that you will have a limitation of your liability in the event of an accident or theft
Is the Security Deposit required at the time of pick-up?
Yes, Any insurance you have with our agency will always be a deductible which will be blocked at the time of your treatment; Sometimes you choose comprehensive insurance. But that just reduces your security deposit.
